Jim Chu, CEO

Jim brings over 12 years of experience in developing and operating high-tech internet businesses. During his seven years at Cisco Systems, he held senior management positions in Marketing and Business Development. Previous to Cisco in the early years of the Internet, he founded a successful internet consultancy assisting businesses in deploying eCommerce strategies. Jim is an active Angel investor and has been working with and investing in consumer-facing web startups in Internet video, local search, and VoIP. Jim holds two degrees from Stanford University, a B.A. in Quantitative Economics and International Relations, and a M.A. in International Policy Studies.

Ken Okada, Co-Founder and CTO

Ken Okada has over 15 years of combined experience in music and computer science. As co-founder of Acoustic, Inc. (Tokyo), now a subsidiary of Japan's largest mobile gaming company G-mode., Okada designed the architecture and algorithms of Acoustic's proprietary ringtone remixing engine "Remix4U" which is now commercialized not only with all the major telecom carriers in Japan but also in China, Russia, Spain and Thailand. Okada brings his extensive knowledge of the success of Japanese mobile content market and his experience in web application development including works at Microsoft Japan into the U.S. market. Okada is a graduate of University of Tokyo, School of Law and is an accomplished jazz bassist, making his first appearance at world-famous jazz club Yoshi's in Oakland in September 2004.
